Established in 1984, Gateway House is a Clubhouse-model rehabilitation program designed to facilitate the recovery of adults living with a persistent mental illness, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.  Gateway House restores dignity and provides opportunities for members to have jobs, pursue their education, live in a lovely home, and live a “normal” life once again. Through Gateway House, members are able to reconnect with themselves, with their talents, their abilities, and their strengths. Gateway House puts all of this in motion and provides constant support as it unfolds. Life-changing miracles occur every day at Gateway House.
